Roxane & Bake at 350 Bakery

Bake at 350 started in 2015 out of my love for cookies. Growing up in Akron, there have always been an abundance of popular cake bakeries, but what about cookies? Lou and Hy's Delicatessen, the Mexican wedding cookies at the ONeil's department store, and the freshly baked oatmeal cookies at Quaker Square downtown; all things of the past. I always loved to bake and I learned from my mother and godmother at a very young age the art of baking from scratch. Starting my own business just made sense. Then, in 2016 I bought a 1973 VW Combi Bus I named the Sugar Bus. Decked in its original orange coat of paint its been known to stop traffic. The support has been much appreciated and beyond words. My children Morgan and Alonzo are my biggest supporters and my taste testers.
